CORES
The FCC Commission Registration System – If you wish to do business with the FCC, you must first register with CORES.  You will be assigned a FCC Registration Number (FRN) when you register.  This unique FRN will be used to identify your business dealings the FCC.  Instructions for using CORES can be found on the CORES home page at

FCC Registration.  You do not need an FRN to perform queries against the MyIBFS system database.

ASR
Antenna Structure Registration: The Antenna Structure Registration Program is the process under which each antenna structure that requires FAA notification -- including new and existing structures - must be registered with the FCC by its owner.  Note that because the Antenna Structure Registration requirements only apply to those antenna structures that may create a hazard to air navigation (either by their height or proximity to an airport), the registration files do not contain a comprehensive record of all antenna structures.]  Instructions for using ASR can be found on the home page at http://wireless.fcc.gov/antenna/.

FCC E-Filing Systems
The FCC currently maintains several internet-based systems that allow the public to submit and/or review different types of filings related to FCC proceedings, rulemakings, tariffs, license applications and authorization.  This link takes you directly to the FCC Electronic Filing & Public Access Systems home page at
