Application Finalization

At any time during the completion of the application, you can check your 312 EZ application for errors by selecting a "Finalize" option.

The options to finalize, file or pay may be performed from within an application and from the My Drafts tab for multiple applications or at a convenient time for individual applications.

For training purposes, this guide provides guidance on performing a finalization from within an application.

Once the Finalization option is selected, the system will run the application through all edits and display any errors. Information displayed includes the Tab name and a description of the problem.

To address errors, click on the listed error’s Tab name.  The system automatically forwards you to specified location where the error exists and provides you with details on all associated issues.
