When you have completed the EZ qualification questions and the system has been determined that you qualify for an EZ, you will be prompted to enter the technical data relevant to your filing.
Reminder: You can save the information you have already entered and exit
the EZ form at any time throughout the filing process.
Each tab contains a summary of the Application
Filers must proactively save data on each tab.
Field level and aggregate edit checks are performed upon save.
Some tabs have parent/child relationships. Child tabs are not active until data in the parent tab is entered and saved. Example: The Site ID Tab must be completed before the Antenna Tab is activated and the Antenna ID is required for the Frequency and Frequency Cord Tab to be enabled.
